Automation milestone: Wúru completely automates 15% of all surgical scheduling at Grupo Gamma — our most advanced implementation.
→ This saves roughly 50 hours of manual work per OR.
→ The potential is above 50% automation, equivalent to 600+ hours of care team time saved per month in a mid-sized provider — and that’s only for the surgery scheduling workflow.
Computer vision proof of concept: we validated in a test environment that Wúru can automatically detect wheel-in and wheel-out timestamps. Next step is to fully integrate this feature to production, enabling real-time orchestration between surgeons, patients, and administrators.
Lean support via AI: Our Intercom + AI setup is now live, allowing a 2-person CX team to support all active customers efficiently.

Next quarter, our product focus will be what we call “the remaining 20%” — all the small but crucial details that make the experience fully seamless for care teams. Wúru is already ~80% of the way there, but this last 20% is what turns a good product into an indispensable one: so simple and helpful that users can’t imagine working without it. We believe we are very close.
