During July we hosted our 6th ALMAH (All Minds All Hands) meeting in Rosario. It was the usual mix of culture and business building, and the enthusiasm for what is ahead was incredible - check out this video. We focused on product development, working backwards: we crafted a mock press release of the new Intelligent Scheduling product, and each functional team outlined what will be required of them to launch it. It was a great exercise to improve our coordination and alignment, resulting in a new workflow.
We keep growing our team with outstanding talent:
Both Ayelen and Marcos were referenced by current Wúru employees. This reflects that the whole team is doing recruiting and improving our talent pipeline.
We met Avidanti leadership team in their Santa Marta clinic, where we presented the 3-month pilot results and key metrics. It resulted in a green light to move to an ongoing contract, initially for 2 clinics in the network but with the prospect of increasing to 7 in the near future.
In Barranquilla we visited Auna Portoazul, doing a field assessment and interacting with the care teams in charge of operating rooms, which proved very productive.
We then traveled to Bogotá where we executed a very successful Hackathon for Fundación Santa Fe - see details in this blog post. This is a great example of moving out of our core in data analytics to collaborate in service projects that help us with brand building and credibility.
The healthcare sector in Colombia is extremely dynamic, with international players expanding operations and frenzy of M&A activity. The optimization mindset is a great fit for Wúru value proposition. We consider Colombia and Spain our biggest opportunities for next 12 months.
