You will help support our healthcare clients using semi-automated tools, collaborate closely with our development team, and contribute ideas to make our support processes smarter and leaner.
This role is ideal for someone methodical, organized and curious, who enjoys turning complex healthcare needs into clear, practical solutions.
Objectives of this Role
- Provide responsive, organized support to main healthcare providers of Argentina and Latam through semi-automated tools.
- Collaborate with the team to keep improving and automating support workflows.
- Bridge communication between clients and developers to resolve issues effectively.
- Dive into surgical and infusion care contexts to understand user needs and spot improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and refine knowledge base content and user documentation to reduce repetitive tasks.
- Identify trends and share insights to help the team deliver better solutions.
- Grow into managing accounts and supporting long-term client success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver client support in a clear, calm and prioritized way.
- Translate client feedback into actionable tasks for the tech team (Work closely with teammates).
- Keep support documentation clear and up-to-date.
- Suggest improvements to support tools and help implement them.
- Spot common patterns in user questions to inform automation and product decisions.
