- Emiliano Martin accepted the job offer for Technical Manager; he comes from more than six years of a successful career in Mercado Libre specializing in data products
- Cynthia Auad and Constanza Martini joined the Customer Success team, both adding analytical skills to support service interactions with our customers
- Juliana Schiavon started as executive assistant to help organize and improve the productivity of our C-suite
First Board Meeting

The topic that took most of our discussions and analysis was product strategy, since nailing it is fundamental. In summary, we will double down on Wúru QX (operating rooms), advancing in parallel in:
- QX Diagnostic Orchestra: we will invest on UX/UI to make it easier to navigate and engage
- QX Prescriptive Orchestra: we will invest on structuring data analysis, with processes that make customer success work more scalable, and also feed the workflow solution
- QX Workflow: we will invest on the development of Wúru Calendar (not final name) software product asap.
Product development
We structured our organization in squads, staffed with all the roles needed to advance in each product stage: Descriptive, Prescriptive and Workflow.
